1. Acceptance of these terms
By using sportuojantis.lt, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. What sportuojantis.lt is
sportuojantis.lt is a marketplace that connects clients with independent personal trainers. We are not a trainer ourselves, and we do not employ, certify, or supervise the trainers listed on the platform. We do not process payments — any pricing shown is for reference, and payment is arranged directly between the client and the trainer.
3. Accounts
Trainers must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep their profile up to date. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. One account per trainer — accounts must not be shared. We may suspend or remove an account that violates these terms.
4. Bookings
A booking request is not a confirmed booking until the trainer accepts it. We do not guarantee availability, quality, or outcome of any session. Cancellations, rescheduling, and payment are arranged directly between the client and the trainer, outside of sportuojantis.lt.
5. Content and conduct
Profile information, session descriptions, and reviews must be accurate and honest. Reviews must reflect a genuine experience with the trainer being reviewed. You may not post false, misleading, offensive, or unlawful content.
6. Trainer responsibilities
Trainers are solely responsible for holding any qualifications, certifications, licenses, or insurance required by law to offer their services, for the safety and conduct of sessions they provide, and for complying with applicable Lithuanian laws and regulations. sportuojantis.lt does not vet, certify, or guarantee the qualifications of any trainer listed on the platform.
7. Limitation of liability
sportuojantis.lt is provided as a neutral platform connecting clients with trainers. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from a session, booking, or interaction between a client and a trainer.
8. Account termination
You may delete your account at any time from your dashboard. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the updated terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
